Job Title: Entry-Level Service Manager (Low-Code/Appian)
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Service Manager with foundational experience in low-code application platforms, preferably Appian. This role is well-suited for candidates with strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to coordinate service delivery activities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in German is mandatory for daily customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support end-to-end service delivery for low-code applications, primarily Appian-based solutions.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, incidents, and service requests.
* Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution and compliance with agreed SLAs.
* Monitor application performance, proactively identify risks, and elevate issues to maintain service continuity.
* Assist in preparing service reports, operational documentation, and customer-facing presentations.
* Participate in regular customer meetings, providing clear updates and status reports in both German and English.
* Ensure adherence to organizational policies, quality standards, and information security requirements.
* Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and support teams to drive continuous service improvement and operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Foundational experience or exposure to low-code platforms (Appian preferred).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
* Customer-focused mindset with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-team environment.
