1. Based in our Spanish office, you will be part of our enthusiastic German Talent Acquisition team and in charge of the Talent Acquisition process in your area of responsibility.2. Working closely with the hiring managers, you will develop appropriate search strategies, identify candidates, and approach them directly via social networks (Xing, LinkedIn, etc.). Your open-minded approach will inspire them to work with us.3. Coordinating and conducting job interviews (telephone/video) in cooperation with the Hiring Managers.4. 1. You will impress with your communication skills, your proactive and independent way of working, and your enthusiasm for the IT industry.2. A successfully completed degree, ideally in business administration, business psychology, or a comparable qualification with an HR focus, forms the basis of your qualifications.3. You have at least 3 years of experience in active sourcing and hiring for positions in the IT environment.4. You are familiar with all relevant search tools and social media platforms and have ideally already worked with applicant management systems.5. Knowledge of German labor law is an advantage, as you will also be responsible for drawing up employment contracts and advising the Hiring Managers on legal issues.6.
