In this role you help translate the production plan into a mid-to-long term material requirements plan, ensuring material availability and efficient ordering. You collaborate with suppliers to support capacity planning and manage inventory policies, obsoletes, and slow-movers. You will analyze material planning performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

You work with cross-functional teams to balance cost, timing, and risk, driving reliable material supply in line with the production plan.

- Translate production plan into mid-long term MRP and align material availability with forecasts
- Maintain MRP parameters and consolidate cross-category needs while handling MRP exceptions
- Collaborate with suppliers to support Rough Cut Capacity Planning for material requirements
- Assist in material inventory analysis, review policies, track slow movers, and manage obsolescence
- Maintain manufacturing parameters to support material planning efficiency
- Identify and escalate material sourcing risks or opportunities to stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material planning processes and performance
- Ensure accurate material ordering in quantity and timing, optimizing order size and reducing obsolescence

Responsabilidades
\n
- 1–2 years of experience in supply chain management (internship or employment)
- Business fluent English and Spanish
- Good xugodme communication skills and ability to build relationships at different levels
- Ability to work in a virtual environment
- Open-minded and versátil, able to adapt to planning changes
- Strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Basic knowledge of MRP planning is an advantage
