?? Key Responsibilities ?? Finance Leadership & Strategy
* Lead, structure, and grow the finance team.
* Act as a financial business partner to the CEO and leadership team.
* Own short and long-term financial planning, including annual budgets, forecasts, and scenario modeling.
* Define and monitor key financial KPIs and support strategic business decisions.
?? Process & Control Optimization
* Design and implement scalable finance and administrative processes.
* Improve workflows across payables, receivables, procurement, payroll, and treasury.
* Define and maintain internal controls and risk management procedures.
?? Reporting & FP&A
* Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
* Drive the FP&A function to provide accurate, actionable insights.
* Develop dashboards and reports to track company performance against KPIs.
?? Accounting & Compliance
* Coordinate with external accountants and advisors for accurate bookkeeping, tax filings, and audit preparation.
* Review and validate financial statements, tax declarations, and compliance documentation.
* Ensure timely and accurate closing of books.
?? Non-Dilutive Financing Strategy
* Lead efforts to explore and secure non-dilutive financing options, including banking relationships, government grants, venture debt, revenue-based financing, and other alternative capital sources.
* Prepare financial materials, projections, and analysis to support credit applications and funding evaluations.
* Manage relationships with lenders, institutions, and public/private programs focused on innovation and growth financing.
?? Requirements
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a Financial Audit Company and/or in startups, scaleups, or high-growth environments.
* Strong background in FP&A, financial reporting, and accounting.
* Proven experience in managing or setting up finance operations.
* Knowledge of local tax and accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).
* Experience with Sage or similar ERP/accounting platforms is highly valued.
* Prior experience handling intercompany transactions is a strong plus.
* English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
* Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in ambiguity with a builder's mindset.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
