✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master in DevOps, Observability, or Platform Engineering environments, ideally in large-scale or enterprise IT contexts.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
* Professional certifications such as PSM I / II, CSM, or other recognized Agile credentials.
* Solid technical background with DevOps toolchains (CI / CD pipelines, automation tools, monitoring platforms), cloud infrastructures, and observability practices (dashboards, log management, metrics collection).
* In-depth understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks, with hands‑on experience facilitating ceremonies and coaching teams.
* Demonstrated expertise in enterprise‑scale Cloud deployments and landing zones.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills, with a servant‑leadership mindset.
* Proficiency with Agile project management and collaboration tools (e.G., JIRA, Confluence, monitoring dashboards ).
* Ability to communicate effectively in English.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring all meetings are purposeful, time‑boxed, and outcome‑driven.
* Proactively identify and resolve blockers, whether technical, operational, or process‑related, to safeguard delivery.
* Guide the squad in adopting Agile and DevOps best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure backlog clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives.
* Ensure visibility of commitments, progress, and blockers to both team and leadership through JIRA and dashboards.
* Anticipate and manage dependencies, facilitating clear communication between development, operations, and observability experts.
* Champion automation and process optimization within the squad.
* Track sprint progress and team performance, ensuring deliverables meet quality and observability standards.
