WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Key Activities/Elements
TOTAL: 80%
* Ensures adherence to given guidelines and processes for the work procedures assigned.
* Plans local and/or vertical resources and marketing budgets, monitors and reports expenditures accordingly.
* Drives European marketing campaigns locally (advertising, tele-marketing, direct marketing,...).
* Localizes centrally provided marketing material, websites, newsletters, press releases, collateral, price lists.
* Selects appropriate local communication media and develops local advertisements.
* Plans, drives and organizes local leads (events, direct marketing campaigns), and ensures leads are qualified.
* Qualifies, selects and leads cooperation with creative or event agencies for local campaigns.
* Monitors lead follow-ups by sales team, within agreed SLA and notifies Sales Manager of breaches.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
* Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience
* 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field
* Strong command of the English language
* Spanish on a native speaker level
* Located in Barcelona area
Knowledge and skills
* Proficient understanding and know-how in processes, technologies, products or other relevant field of expertise e.g.
* Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques
* Understanding and applying principles of effective project management
* The ability to apply technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decision
* Understands impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function
Other requirements
* Knowledge of CRM tools and content management tools
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail, innovative, driven and flexible
* Willingness to travel
