As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and lead conversion across the division. /ppbr/ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a commercially-minded, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and marketing activation activities for our Industry Solutions division. /ppWorking closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Business Unit leaders, and external agency partners, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and contribute directly to revenue targets. /ppbr/ppThis role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and performance optimisation. You will play a critical role in translating go-to-market strategies into measurable marketing programs while ensuring leads are effectively nurtured, managed, and converted through the funnel. /ppThe successful candidate will bring strong experience in activation strategy, marketing automation, campaign management, lead lifecycle management, and multi-channel campaign execution. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr/ppstrongDemand Generation Pipeline Growth /strong /pulliDevelop, execute, and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), pipeline, and revenue. /liliCreate and implement strategic marketing plans aligned to growth targets across the Industry Solutions division and its three business units. /liliBuild and manage lead nurture programs that accelerate prospect progression through the buyer journey. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongCampaign Strategy Execution /strong /pulliPartner closely with Product Marketing to translate go-to-market strategies, customer insights, and buyer personas into effective campaigns. /liliExecute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, events, website, 3rd party media, and social. /liliCoordinate campaign assets, messaging, and activation plans across multiple stakeholders. /liliCollaborate with external agency to execute paid media, trade media, digital advertising, and lead generation programs. /liliPartner with the Events team to support a global calendar of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry events. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongMarketing Automation Lead Management /strong /pulliOwn MQL processes and lead management across the Industry Solutions division. /liliBuild and manage Salesforce campaigns, ensuring accurate campaign attribution and reporting. /liliUse Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) to create and manage email campaigns, engagement studio nurture programs, automated lead workflows and segmentation. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongPerformance Measurement Optimisation /strong /pulliTrack, analyse, and monitor key metrics including MQL generation, lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline contribution and campaign ROI. /liliDeliver actionable insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders. /liliEstablish testing frameworks for continuous optimisation of messaging, channels, and audience targeting. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications Experience /strong /ppbr/ppstrongRequired /strong /ppbr/pulli5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation or Digital Marketing within a B2B environment. /liliFluency in French and English, with French as either a native language or at full professional proficiency, is required. /liliProven track record of delivering measurable pipeline growth and lead generation results. /liliHands-on experience with Salesforce campaign management and reporting. /liliStrong experience using Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), including Engagement Studio and automation workflows. /liliExperience managing external marketing agencies and paid media programs. /liliAnalytical skills with experience interpreting campaign and funnel performance data. /liliExcellent project management and stakeholder management skills. /liliExperience working within a matrixed, global organisation. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongDesirable /strong /ppbr/pulliExperience marketing SaaS, technology, regulatory, data, or digital solutions. /liliExperience supporting multiple business units or product portfolios. /liliExperience with Google Analytics, WordPress, and AI-enabled marketing tools and technologies. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongAdditional /strong: /ppbr/ppOccasional travel may be required to support business meetings, tradeshows, customer events, and team collaboration activities. /p
