At Netzon Group, we're growing fast—and we're looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona for our New Balance Campaign.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You'll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing New Balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with customers to answer product information and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way.
* Put yourself in our customers shoes, analyze their problems and tailor solutions for them.
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media.
* Become an expert and brand ambassador for New Balance.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.
What We're Looking For
* Fluency in both Dutch and English.
* A passion for helping customers.
* Ability to deal with sensitive calls with emphaty.
* Strong administrative skills with an eye for details.
* A strong professional and proactive approach to problem solving.
What We Offer
* Start Date: ASAP.
* Contract: Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation).
* Part-Time: 25 hours per week.
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM.
* Salary: €12.435 gross per year.
* Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
* Training: Full-Time Training for 8 days. Office Based, Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM.
* Office Location: Barcelona (Eixample).
