Group Talent Partnerships & Development Manager
We are looking for a passionate Sommelier to join our team at Zuma Ibiza. Our Sommeliers are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. To be a successful Zuma Sommelier you would bring a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience, an extensive wine knowledge and a hunger to learn. This is a seasonal role and our season runs from April to October.
Zuma Ibiza came to the island as a pop-up in 2022, in the 5 star luxury hotel, ‘The Ibiza Grand’. After an incredible first summer, we added it to our yearly seasonal collection. Featuring an open-air terrace offering contemporary Japanese with breathtaking marina views and one of the best bars in Ibiza.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Sommelier
* WSET Level 2 or above (desired)
* Sake knowledge/keen interest to learn
* Great team player
* A keen interest in Japanese cuisine
