Retail Rocket is looking for a dynamic and experienced **Social Media Manager** ( at least 3 years of experience in a similar role) with a solid background in **B2B SaaS** to amplify our brand’s online presence and drive lead generation through impactful social media strategies. Develop corporate and personal social media profiles.- **Collaborate with the marketing team** to create a marketing inbound pipeline that supports lead generation, sales initiatives and integral campaigns- **Produce and manage engaging content** (video as well) across social channels to increase brand awareness, audience engagement and, as mentioned to generate leads.- Implement **growth hacking techniques** to expand our reach, enhance engagement and boost conversions.- Track and impact **key performance metrics** (e.G., impressions, follower growth, shares, comments), along with critical business-driven metrics like page traffic, CTR, engagement, click through rate, cost per click, cost per lead, etc.**Required Skills & Qualifications**- **B2B SaaS Experience**: Proven track record in the B2B SaaS industry, with a strong understanding of engaging and targeting business audiences effectively.- **Bilingual (Spanish & English)**: Fluent in both languages, with the ability to communicate and create content for diverse markets.
