General Manager – theHUB Ibiza

Total Bruto Annual Salary: €40,000 - €55,000 (depending on experience + Phase 1 performance)
We're looking for a hands‐on, operational, financially‐minded General Manager to lead day‐to‐day operations across the café, front‐of‐house, maintenance, cleaning and events.
The role covers:
Full ownership of café operations + P&L
Daily venue standards (cleaning, maintenance, presentation)
Leading FOH + hospitality teams
Budget ownership + cost control
Ensuring a premium member experience
Working directly with C‐Level
Who we're looking for:
Strong operator with GM/AGM or senior hospitality operations experience
Confident with numbers + P&L
Structured, organised, calm under pressure
Bilingual English & Spanish
Hands‐on leadership style
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
