Quality Assurance Manager
Quality Culture in the Plant and Continuous Improvement:
Responsible for maintaining up-to-date procedures related to food safety throughout the production process.
Provide ongoing training to all company personnel on food safety, quality policies, and internal standards.
Regulatory Compliance:
Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
Analyze non-conformities and customer complaints to define and follow up on corrective actions.
Represent the company during external audits conducted by clients and certification bodies.
Team Management:
Lead and coordinate the assigned quality team.
Develop and coach team members to enhance their professional growth.
Exercise informal leadership and collaboration with other teams involved in the production process.
Oversee compliance with Quality policies across all production processes.

Profile Requirements:
We are looking for a professional with a degree related to food management or food science, with at least 2 years of experience in similar roles within the food or beverage industry.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in quality coordination roles within industrial environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient level of English (both written and spoken) to communicate fluently with international clients and suppliers. An English test will be conducted to assess the level.
Valuable Qualifications:
Experience in production environments applying quality and food safety management systems (BRC, ISO 9001).
Solid knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
