A career within Deals Transaction Services provides you the opportunity to help organisations realise the potential of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets. We help some of the world’s leading companies originate, create, execute, and realise value from deals, using data‑driven insights to move clients in the right direction and maximise value. Responsibilities
As part of our team, you’ll help provide corporate and financial buyers peace of mind by analysing financial assumptions and delivering insights. Financial due diligence projects for both the acquirer and the vendor, including private‑equity houses and major corporate clients. Critical review of key value drivers of the business, both for historical periods and financial projections. Leverage data and analytics tools to focus efforts and deliver insights on main financial and business issues or upsides identified during the work. Provide support to clients in price‑adjustment definitions and analysis. Requirements
Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering Fluent in English (day‑to‑day work will be in English) Spanish will be a plus (not mandatory) 2–3 years of experience in audit Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Data analytics skills a plus (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot & Alteryx) Willow to undertake continuous training, including an initial 4‑week Data Analytics training in our D4D centre Flexibility to travel Seniority Level
