This role sits within the Engineering department and works closely with engineering, and other teams to ensure our infrastructure, tooling, and processes support a fast‑moving organization.What you’ll do:Lead and manage the IT function, including direct management of our current IT team member.Be hands‑on with daily IT operations: you're not just directing, you're doing.Run helpdesk support, triaging and resolving issues for employees across the company.Own the full employee lifecycle from an IT perspective and manage onboarding (account provisioning, device setup, access grants, tooling walkthroughs) and offbo
