WHAT WILL YOU DO
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and define data requirements.
* Analyze large, unstructured datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
* Develop advanced SQL scripts to extract, transform, and validate data from various sources.
* Apply statistical and analytical techniques to forecast performance and support decision-making.
* Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Work with engineering and architecture teams to develop automated data solutions.
* Deliver insights and reports in an agile environment, ensuring timely and accurate outputs.
* Create clear, concise summaries of analytical findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Engage with all levels of the organization, from junior staff to senior leadership.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Native Spanish speaker and advanced level of English (C1).
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
* Proven experience translating business problems into data-driven solutions.
* Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
* Solid understanding of financial services and key metrics.
* Knowledge of statistics and change management processes.
* Strong analytical thinking.
* Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools (highly valuable).
* Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security standards (highly valuable).
* Awareness of records management and data lifecycle policies (highly valuable).
