In this role, you drive sales for the ETHICON Endomech & Energy portfolio in Barcelona, supporting surgeons and healthcare teams with technical and clinical information. You act as the main liaison between customers and the business, promoting products, delivering trainings, and executing regional marketing strategies to hit targets. You work closely with cross-functional colleagues to improve patient care through minimally invasive surgical solutions. The position offers a commission-based incentive and a chance to contribute to a global MedTech portfolio.

• Achieve sales targets within the defined geography
• Use consultative selling to identify opportunities within accounts
• Support the surgical team during laparoscopic procedures
• Maintain relationships with clients and negotiate terms
• Educate customers on Endomechanical and Energy products through trainings and in-service sessions
• Plan and conduct training and product demonstrations
• Present clinical data to health professionals and interpret it for audiences
• Monitor competitor activity and keep records of contacts and activities
• Stay informed about health service activities
Responsabilidades
• Sales experience in medical devices
• Experience in surgical specialties such as colorectal, bariatric and thoracic surgery is a plus
• Strong selling, xcskxlj negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build productive business relationships
• Strong prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to deliver tailored presentations
• Relationship management and openness to feedback
• English intermediate
