Broker Reporting Junior Analyst We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Broker Reporting Junior Analyst at Zurich Technology Delivery Center in Barcelona.

Develop, improve, and automate the broker reporting processes.
Design innovative solutions and collaborate closely with the Data & Analytics team.
Ensure that processes and standards align with Zurich’s internal quality assurance guidelines.
Collaborate closely with the central and regional Broker Relationship Management team and provide support to enable discussions in broker meetings.
Reconcile your outputs with Finance to ensure accuracy and adequacy of the topline by broker.
Provide insights into underlying sales performance and apply the knowledge in the planning process.
Support the automation of the Reserve analysis process, the automation of the Reserves dashboard, and Accident Year claims development analysis automation.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, be collaborative and culturally aware, proactive and growth-oriented, and have data analytics skills and affinity to applications/technology such as MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar).
Collaborative and Culturally Aware: Experienced in working within multi-cultural teams, demonstrating collaborative nature and strong communication skills.
Proactive and Growth-Oriented: Eager to learn, take initiative, and continuously develop both personally and professionally.
Data analytics skills and affinity to applications/technology such as MS Office.
Data management, automation, and programming skills (e.g., Python, VBA, R) are highly advantageous.
Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines.
A Team player with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a positive attitude.
Fluency in English; German and other languages are an advantage.
Some experience in data analysis, reporting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
