Overview
Anteriad is a B2B sales & marketing agency working with leading tech sector clients. We are expanding and looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified leads for our clients across the United States.
Responsibilities
* Engage with IT managers by phone to assess their current technology setup.
* Present client solutions and demonstrate how they can optimize processes and increase productivity.
* Schedule meetings between prospects and client sales experts to advance the sales conversation.
* Work collaboratively with the client’s sales team during the Warm Handover process.
Qualifications
* Fluent in English (C2 level).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.
* Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
* Knowledge of CRM systems is desirable.
* Target-driven mentality with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Legal residence in Spain and legal right to work full-time in Spain.
Compensation & Benefits
* Base salary of approximately 1782€ per month.
* Uncapped commission system with average incentives of 687€ per month for the U.S. team.
* High performers with one year of experience can earn over 840€ per month in commission.
* Internal training provided by the Learning & Development department.

* Occasional office visit: one week per quarter with expenses covered.
Remote Work & Office
Employees may work out of any location within mainland Spain, with a requirement to attend the Madrid office one week per quarter. The first week in Madrid is covered with accommodation and travel costs.
