The Opportunity
The candidate will be part of our Global Retail & Digital Content Technology team, whose main goal is to leverage exceptional omnichannel customer experiences by defining and providing innovative technologies while empowering brands and markets with efficient retail operations and insights.
Overall support in the management of digital solutions to support and improve efficiency of retail execution and staff management, including:
* Manage incidents using platforms like ServiceNow and JIRA: from ticket creation to resolution, helping users, IT teams, and development partners.
* Test new features and validate data to guarantee smooth system integrations.
* Participate in defining functional requirements, ensuring feasibility and user adoption.
* Prepare technical documentation and training materials to ensure solution continuity.
* Provide day-to-day support for digital solutions that enhance retail execution.
* Collaborate with technology partners and internal stakeholders using agile methodologies.
We'd love to meet you if you have
* A degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.
* Understanding of web apps, databases, and programming.
* Interest and knowledge of cloud, SAP, and agile tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
* Strong team player with good communication skills, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Advanced level of English.
