Role Overview
We are looking for a German-Speaking Onboarding Account Manager to support new business clients during their initial setup and integration phase.
In this role, you will guide clients through the onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth activation process, strong product adoption, and a positive first experience. You will play a key role in building long-term client relationships from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for new German-speaking clients
Guide customers through account setup and platform activation
Provide training and product education to ensure successful adoption
Identify early optimization opportunities during onboarding
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation
Monitor onboarding KPIs and ensure timely completion
Build strong foundations for long-term customer success
Requirements
Native or fluent German (C1–C2 level)
Good command of English
1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Onboarding, Customer Success, or Sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Eligible to work in Spain
