Supporting and developing local demand planners reporting to youImplementing an S&OP framework within your region, including demand reviews, assortment screening, NPI process, and regional pre S&OP meetingsImproving product availability through data analysis, forecasts, and order patternsMonitoring stock levels and proposing actions to reduce excessEncouraging the use of our demand, forecast, and inventory management tool Slim4 (Slimstock)Serving as the SPOC for Slimstock regarding functional questions and improvementsSupporting local companies and aligning them with our EMEA processesSet yourself apartCandidates should have 3-5 years of experience in demand and inventory planning, with knowledge of demand reviews, S&OP cycles, NPI, portfolio management, inventory policies, and ABC analysis.Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldHands-on mentalityAccurate, analytical, proactiveFluent in English;
