We are looking for a Global Sales Manager to join our growing office in Malaga. The right candidate will be a highly motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial leader with experience in Ad Sales, preferably in inbound and outbound. Job Purpose: Program Lead for Sales and Account Coordinator teams
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing and providing leadership to day-to-day operations of the Sales programs
2. Responsible for executing sales methodology, sales metrics, and overall process management of the Program
3. Be accountable for Sales program’s operational excellence, process execution, and exceptional quality and performance
4. Drive ownership of regular best practice initiatives across the Sales program
5. Compare and challenge sales programs go-to-markets to drive Program results
6. Conduct analysis and identify potentials to grow within the Program from an operational standpoint
7. Be the main contact with the client on processes and operations
8. Define & recommend appropriate strategy to achieve growth and productivity
9. Achieve revenues and quota targets as well as revising & validating quotas
10. Link the client strategy and Vendor execution
11. Reporting to Global Program Manager
Minimum Requirements:
1. 5+ years of advertising/marketing sales experience (digital and audio advertising and/or marketing agency background a plus)
2. 3+ years experience managing an international sales team
3. Demonstrated management skills with a track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals
4. Mastered fundamentals of sales management including pipeline forecasting, client research, pitch and presentation skills, and meeting reports
5. Strong interest and ability to work with analytics and data to both drive performance management and inform client sales strategy and rationale
6. Great communication, consultative selling, problem solving, and negotiation skills
7. Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM), and Gsuite (Gsheets, Gslides)
8. (Nice to have) Bachelor's degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business desirable
