As Customer Success Partner (CSP) reporting to our DS CSP Manager, you’ll operate across our Diagnostic Solutions portfolio to support the implementation of the Iberia marketing strategy. The CSP Team provides key scientific and technical support to the business.
Job Description
In this position, the CSP will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the relevant scientific fields, DS services and products, Microbiology process, workflow and effectively leverage this to advance a sales opportunity; prepare, present and demonstrate technical aspects of solutions as they relate directly to customer needs. Identify new opportunities while maintaining excellent customer relations within established accounts and develop key opinion leaders. Work closely with members of the sales and marketing teams to deliver training and assist in meeting key opinion leaders.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Strong business acumen in understanding Laboratory Medicine processes and pathways.
* Able to identify areas of improvement in Diagnostics processes by observation and dialogue at customer site and leverage it through transactional SSC opportunities/sales.
* Teaching, training and troubleshooting skills: Analytics (including root cause analysis skills).
* Results oriented balancing the short, medium and long run.
* Strong in developing customer intimacy and loyalty through a successful Customer Service (training, education, support, troubleshooting).
* Serve as the point of contact and consultant for key clients, leading projects for the Diagnostic Solutions business unit from a client perspective and coordinating with other teams.
* Lead projects for the Diagnostics Solutions business unit with a problem-solving perspective and offering tailored solutions for each client.
* Develop, document, and drive the customer buying process through full use of a territory and strategic account sales plan involving multiple stakeholders and buyers in the growth of the assigned products.
* Call on prospective customers, create demand, communicate medical, clinical and patient outcome benefits, deliver product information and demonstrations, prepare proposals and quotes within company guidelines.
* Routinely maintain all territory account data and forecast management through SFDC.
About You
* Degree in Life Science, with strong clinical skills in the field of Microbiology and Molecular including HPV.
* At least 3 years of experience in Microbiology or similar.
* Successful record in training healthcare professionals which will include the implementation of new products.
* High level of English.
* Proven track to work in a complex environment with a multitude of geographically spread stakeholders.
* Hardworking, enthusiastic, resilient. Ability to work autonomously, and be capable of independently generating, prioritizing and completing work.
This position requires frequent travel. Driving license is required.
Salary range: €40,700.00 - €65,150.00 EUR Annual
