What You'll Do
Complete structured tasks — including labeling, rating, and classification — that train AI models to perform better
Evaluate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats for quality and accuracy
Follow detailed rubrics and guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs
Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality AI responses using structured feedback tools
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Detail-oriented and able to follow precise instructions with consistency
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without close supervision
Strong written communication skills in English
Comfortable using web-based tools and digital platforms
Curious about AI and eager to contribute to its development
No prior AI, tech, or data experience required
Nice to Have
Experience in editing, research, quality assurance, or content evaluation
Familiarity with AI tools or platforms as an end user
Background in critical analysis, writing, or fact-checking
