JUNIOR PMO / Finance AnalystHere at RED on behalf of our global pharmaceutical client we are looking for a PMO/ Finance Analyst, This role is pivotal in supporting financial tracking, resource allocation management, and data reconciliation activities. The position reports to the Global PMO Lead and is directly supervised by a Senior PMO responsible for controlling the budgetHere are some key details about the role:Start date : ASAPDuration : 6 + month + initial plus extensionLocation: EUTravel: RemoteKey Responsibilities- Data Reconciliation & Analysis: Reconcile resource allocation data from Power Apps against financial extractions from FlexT, Ebay, and other systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy- Stakeholder Management: Proactively engage with stakeholders to identify, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies and discrepancies- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial reports using advanced Excel techniques (pivot tables, charts, pivot charts, macros)- Power App Management: Monitor and manage resource allocation tracking within Power Apps, ensuring data integrity and timely updates- PowerPoint Presentations: Create professional presentations and dashboards to communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership- Budget Support: Assist the Senior PMO in tracking and controlling theprogram budget- Issue Detection & Resolution: Identify numerical anomalies, reconciliation gaps, and potential issues;
provide recommendationsfor resolution- Global PMO Support: Contribute to additional projects and tasks within the Global PMO team as required, providing flexibility and exposure to diverse PMO activitiesRequired Qualifications- Advanced Excel Proficiency: Expert-level skills in pivot tables, charts, pivot charts, macros, and data analysis- Financial Reporting Experience: Demonstrated experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports- Advanced English Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English at an advanced level- PowerPoint Expertise: Proficient in creating professional presentations and visual communications- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to work with numbers, identify patterns, and detect inconsistencies- Reconciliation Experience: Proven experience in data reconciliation and financial reconciliation processes- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data accuracy and quality control- Stakeholder Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and manage expectationsIf you are interested in this opportunity please apply below with your updated CV
