Dutch speaking Ads Sales Executive

Barcelona, Spain

Basic salary of 23.876,19 € gross/year + up to 3.407,56 € gross/year in bonus.


Role Objectives

Join our dynamic team as an Ads Sales Executive, where you'll drive growth for our valued clients. We're seeking a resilient individual to focus on providing exceptional service‑oriented Ads solutions to emerging businesses and established local enterprises. If you have a proven sales track record, excel at building relationships quickly, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

* Engage with regional clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored service solutions.
* Manage a high volume of accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional service and sales support.
* Drive revenue growth by effectively selling and convincing clients, using strong sales techniques.
* Work with performance targets and KPIs to consistently meet or exceed objectives.
* Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities.
* Cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long‑term loyalty.
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely resolutions.


Requirements

* C2 level of Dutch and C1 level of English (both written and spoken).
* 20 months of proven sales experience, with the ability to win people over and convince clients rapidly.
* Competent at creating digital marketing strategies for all customer sizes.
* Education: BA/BS degree preferred, or demonstrated career progression reflecting a high level of functional expertise.
* Expert Sales Execution: Strong, demonstrable history of personal sales achievement. Proficient in strategic influencing and client convincing, with the resilience required to operate effectively and drive results in a demanding, target‑focused environment.
* Comprehensive Service Focus: Required prior experience in complex customer service or account management, with a clear focus on issue resolution and process improvement to optimise the client's service journey.
* Resourceful Adaptation: Demonstrated capability to quickly internalise new business models, technologies, and evolving challenges, adapting work methods efficiently to meet shifting organisational demands.


Specialized Skills for the Benelux Market

* Market Mastery: Deep understanding of Benelux market (cultural/business nuances).
* Strategic Growth: Identify and partner with high‑potential growth companies.
* Complex Problem‑Solving: Navigate challenging business contexts effectively.
* Data Analysis: Proficiency in analysing market trends and customer data.
* Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with key Benelux stakeholders, including managing complex, sceptical client structures.
* Opportunity Unlocking: Ability to drive significant expansion in the region.
* Digital Ecosystem & ROI: Strong knowledge of the Benelux digital marketing landscape; effectively position Ads and manage sophisticated queries on ROI and platform integration.
* Regulatory & Data Privacy: Awareness of local regulations (e.g., GDPR) and ability to tailor outreach respecting the high focus on data privacy.
