The role of a Business Development Representative (BDR) consists of calling US companies and speaking to the IT managers. During our signature Warm Handover™, you will work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients - such as Intel, Dell, Fujitsu -, learning with the best of the best about the industry while building up your network of decision-makers around the globe.
Spark interest : In order to prepare you to take on this role, we have an excellent four-week onboarding process to prepare you to excel as a BDR.
Our commission system means the more leads you generate, the more money you earn, without a cap. C2 English Required
Previous CRM experience is desirable, but not a requirement
Preferred candidates will be based in Madrid, though remote work options are open for consideration.
