Lead sales efforts and close six- to seven-figure dealsIdentify and grow new opportunities in defense and aerospaceBuild long-term relationships with key stakeholdersCoordinate demos, proposals, and technical supportCollaborate with sales, marketing, and product teamsRepresent the company at industry eventsProvide customer feedback to improve productsWhat We're Looking For
10+ years in sales/consulting (tech/engineering focus)2+ years in defense sector, with strong networkExperience with public procurement and startups/scale-upsFluent in English and SpanishExcellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skillsSelf-starter, goal-driven, and team playerWhat We Offer
