Key Responsibilities Integration Delivery & Coordination
- Lead planning and execution of Operations integration workstreams: o End-user services o Enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, royalty management, HR, Editorial tooling, ...) o Customer-facing applications
- Act as a knowledgeable counterpart to domain experts in enterprise tooling and/or core business processes, ensuring decisions are robust, compliant, and aligned with long term plans in the operating companies and operations.
- Coordinate across domains and borders.
- Drive alignment, monitor progress, and manage risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Facilitate clear Roadmap, structured milestone tracking, escalation paths, and decision-making.
Required Experience & Profile Professional Experience
- 5–10 years of project management experience in multi-domain, cross border environments.
- Proven experience in acquisition integration or post merger integration projects.
- Solid working knowledge of enterprise systems and/or business processes, such as: o SAP, Salesforce, Workday, O365, royalty management systems o Finance, CRM, royalties, warehousing, logistics, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay
- Experience coordinating complex IT integration workstreams.
- Experience working with matrixed teams and senior stakeholders. Languages
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a must.
- Willingness to travel monthly between Barcelona and Madrid, and occasionally to other European locations.
Nice-to-have requirements:
Other European languages is a plus (written and spoken).
