What is it like to be a Senior Electronics Engineer at DHV Technology?
As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will be part of our Electronics Department, playing a critical role in the design, manufacturing, and integration of custom electronic components for power subsystems used in satellites. This is a unique opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge aerospace technology and contribute directly to commercial space missions.
You will be involved in all stages of product development, from requirements definition to testing and validation, ensuring high-performance systems for real-world space applications.
Responsibilities
* Analyze customer and product specifications and requirements.
* Design electronic schematics using Altium Designer.
* Layout and route Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
* Develop and implementing power converters.
* Prototype and functionally test hardware.
* Define and execute test procedures for component validation.
Education and Requirements
* Degree in Aerospace, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
Technical Competencies
Experience in some of the following areas is expected:
* Embedded software development for microcontrollers or microprocessors.
* FPGA design (VHDL or Verilog).
* Debugging of digital communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet, CAN Bus).
* Circuit simulation using SPICE tools.
* Basic understanding of EMI/EMC requirements.
* Knowledge of RF concepts.
* Familiarity with motor control systems.
* Expertise in Altium Designer.
* Programming in C, C++, and Python.
