Role Overview
Reporting to the head of corporate purchasing, you will oversee the purchase to pay team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, define continuous improvements, and ensure policy compliance.
The scope covers all transactional purchasing activities of Indirect spend across LOEWE, including Industry, General Affairs, Retail, Marketing, Head Office, and more, focusing on purchasing processes and sourcing excellence.
Your Responsibilities
* Implement and extend the purchase to pay process across regions, ensuring compliance with purchasing policies.
* Prepare for the transition to the new tool (ESKER) and future migration to SAP.
* Supervise and develop the purchase to pay team responsible for supplier setup, PO creation, discrepancy management, and stakeholder training.
* Organize transactional activities within the team to maintain productivity.
* Draft procedures, processes, and training documents.
* Coordinate with all departments to optimize end-to-end processes.
* Support strategic buyers by ensuring compliance with purchasing strategies and preferred suppliers.
* Serve as the key user for the supplier portal solution deployment.
* Coordinate activities related to the purchase to pay process throughout the company's transformation journey.

Key Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in purchasing or consulting in procurement.
* Leadership skills.
* Experience in change management and transformation projects.
* Strong financial background; experience in finance or controlling is a plus.
* Knowledge of Indirect purchasing.
* Fluent in English; French is advantageous.
* Deep understanding of procurement processes.
* Collaborative, capable of managing complexity, convincing, and influencing others.
