As an Airfreight Specialist, you will own and manage the full operational cycle of AIR shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth coordination, and timely customer invoicing. You’ll play a key role in delivering a world‑class logistics experience. 🚀

Key Responsibilities
* 🚚 Coordinate transport with multiple parties for pickups and deliveries
* 🛫 Coordination of import & export air operations
* 🛫 Manage bookings with airlines and consolidations
* 🧾 Handle customs procedures
* 📄 Prepare and manage documentation (AWB, Manifest, etc.)
* 📢 Post or accept pre‑alerts
* 💰 Manage operational finance (customer invoicing, supplier invoices, file closing)
* 💻 Update systems (Cargowise One)
* 🤝 Maintain proactive communication with customers and stakeholders to manage all steps of an AIR shipment
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of airfreight operations
* Excellent communication skills
* Solid stakeholder management abilities
* A strong sense of urgency and commitment to high‑quality delivery
* A customer‑centric mindset and passion for creating excellent experiences
* Language skills: Spanish & English required;
Portuguese highly valued
* A proactive, organized, and solution‑oriented approach ✨
