Regional Managing Director / Group CEO (Tier-1)
We are building a dedicated management structure for our Tier-1 region and are looking for a strategic leader who will oversee a portfolio of brands and supervise several local CEOs.
This is not an operational CEO role for a single project, but a strategic leader responsible for managing and scaling an investment cluster across multiple markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles within iGaming (B2C operator)
- Experience managing multiple units, brands or regions
- Deep understanding of Tier-1 markets
- Strong knowledge of:
- local licensing frameworks
- Understanding of in-house vs white-label models
- Experience hiring and managing C-level executives
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high accountability
- Fluent English + Russian or Ukrainian
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Tier-1 regional strategy
- Oversee 3-6 local CEOs and manage their performance
- Control regional P&L; and financial efficiency
- Analyze GGR, NGR, Retention, CPA, ROI, Payback
- Approve budgets and investment decisions
- Define launch strategy (GEO prioritization, platform model)
- Standardize reporting and KPI systems
- Participate in hiring and assessment of local CEOs
- Report to board and defend strategic initiatives
