Finance Controller – Injectables (EMEA Distribution Business)
The ideal candidate must have Injectables aesthetics industry experience.
You will be responsible for financial planning, performance analysis, and commercial finance business partnering exclusively for the Injectables business across distributor‑led markets in Europe, Middle East & Africa. You will support the Injectable portfolio (including key strategic products) by providing financial insight, improving performance visibility, strengthening financial governance, and supporting profitable growth through strong finance business partnering with Commercial leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Business Partnering
- Act as the primary finance business partner for the EMEA Injectables commercial leadership team
- Support distributor market performance reviews focused purely on injectable products
- Provide financial insight to support pricing strategy, distributor margins, and commercial investments for injectables
- Drive financial discipline across distributor agreements, rebates, and commercial programs
- Support evaluation of new distributor partnerships for injectable product expansion
Performance Management & Reporting
- Lead monthly financial performance reviews for Injectables EMEA markets
- Analyse revenue, gross margin, and profitability by product, country, and distributor
- Identify risks and opportunities versus budget and forecast
- Develop financial dashboards to track injectable business performance
- Monitor working capital including AR exposure and inventory related to injectables
FP&A; Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the Injectables business across EMEA
- Build robust sales forecasts aligned with distributor performance
- Support long‑range planning and financial modelling for the injectable portfolio
- Monitor KPIs and provide variance analysis
- Partner with General FP&A; to ensure alignment with group planning processes
Commercial Finance Governance
- Support pricing governance for injectable products
- Ensure financial compliance in distributor contracts
- Monitor rebates, discounts, and commercial investment returns
- Strengthen financial controls around distributor incentive programs
- Support margin improvement initiatives for injectable portfolio
Distributor Performance Optimisation
- Develop financial frameworks to evaluate distributor performance
- Support profitability reviews and portfolio prioritisation
- Identify underperforming markets and propose corrective actions
- Support financial decisions on direct vs distributor models
- Partner with commercial teams to improve market productivity
Experience & Qualifications
- 8–12+ years finance experience in FP&A;, commercial finance, or controlling in Aesthetic industry
- Experience supporting distributor or multi‑country commercial organisations
- Strong financial modelling and forecasting capability
- Injectables medical aesthetics industry experience
- Proven finance business partnering experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification preferred (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
