The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety policies while partnering closely with HR and operational leaders to foster a proactive safety culture. /ppbr/ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /pulliSupport and assist the HR and Resourcing Manager in delivering comprehensive HR and Health Safety services to meet business objectives and stakeholder needs. /liliProvide high-quality HR and recruitment administrative support, ensuring excellent customer care and full confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations. /liliAdminister payroll, monthly bonuses, company benefits, and collaborate with external partners. /liliPromote equality and diversity, ensuring these principles are embedded in all activities. /liliOversee the coordination and regular updating of workplace noticeboards at all company sites. /liliAssist with candidate communications, including interview confirmations and onboarding information. /liliContribute to the ongoing review and improvement of HR operational practices and procedures. /liliMaintain and build positive relationships with employees and external agencies. /liliSearch for and collect training offers aligned with the company’s global development plan. /liliManage employee insurance and relationships with mutual insurance partners. /liliKeep HR and HS key performance indicators (KPIs) updated. /liliSupport recruitment and temporary contract processes, including coordination with external parties for HS matters. /liliAdminister all health and safety tasks and documentation, coordinate the HS Committee, and represent the company in group-level HS matters. /liliSupport employee relations and help resolve internal difficulties through effective information sharing and first-line HR advice. /liliParticipate in meetings, providing necessary information and suggestions for improvement. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliUniversity degree in Human Resources, Health Safety Management, or related field; equivalent qualifications accepted /liliMinimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in HR and/or Health Safety (desirable). /liliExcellent interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills. /liliAbility to handle sensitive issues confidentially and respond calmly in complex situations or under pressure. /liliStrong teamwork skills, capable of relaying messages and information efficiently. /liliHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office; good numeracy and literacy skills. /liliAccurate, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new policies and procedures. /liliGood level of English language proficiency. /liliKey personal attributes: trustworthiness, integrity, and diplomacy. /li /ul
