Job Purpose
The successful candidate will drive the execution of the partnership strategy set by the HR & Payroll Practice, including contracting, procurement, stakeholder engagement, and market analysis to enhance business growth through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify market opportunities and industry trends.
Raise awareness internally and externally about partner ecosystem evolutions.
Create high satisfaction through quality work and insights.
Lead contractual negotiations and execute partner agreements.
Report on initiative progress, aligning with HRP Practice vision.
Develop and implement communication strategies for partnership developments.
Collaborate with other business units for integrated service delivery.
Identify potential roadblocks and suggest solutions.
Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience managing external partners and relations.
Knowledge of partnership models and recommendations for their application.
Strong English skills; additional language skills are a plus.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability to changing environments.
Self-motivated with initiative-taking ability.
