Your Role
1. Build, manage, coach, and lead a team of high-caliber inside sales professionals focused on acquiring new logos (Hunters).
2. Set clear expectations, KPIs, and goals for the team to achieve.
3. Collaborate with Nutanix Field Sales to design a "Divide & Conquer" approach for new logo sales accounts.
4. Meet and exceed booking targets within the designated market segment.
5. Motivate, coach, and manage inside sales professionals to build pipelines and close revenue through Nutanix Channel & OEM Partners.
6. Work with marketing to design and implement targeted campaigns.
7. Provide accurate weekly forecasts and track sales activities using SFDC.
8. Participate in customer calls to coach and assist in closing bookings.
What You Will Bring
1. 5+ years of sales experience and 3+ years of management experience.
2. Experience in enterprise sales, preferably in Storage, Networking, Virtualization, Cloud, or Infrastructure industries.
3. Consistent achievement of goals through leadership and motivation of a sales team.
4. Experience hiring, developing, and retaining talent.
5. Strong knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies and coaching skills.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.Com.
How We Work
This role is hybrid, combining remote work with in-office collaboration. Typically, you will be required to come into the office at least 3 days a week, with specific norms provided by your manager.
