We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist BIM 360 for an important software company located in Barcelona.
Responsabilities:
* Troubleshoot and assist customers on a variety of BIM/ACC issues and questions.
* Document problems and solutions in short and clear articles for knowledgebase.
* Research, verify, and document product problem reports.
* Manage customer expectations by providing updates on work progress.
Requirements:
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Excellent written and spoken French and Spanish, or German.
* Industry background: Architecture, Construction, or Engineering. Industry experience and good understanding of how projects develop from design to construction, and commissioning is required.
* Knowledge of any of BIM 360 / Construction Cloud / BIM Collaborate / BIM Collaborate Pro or familiarity with other construction management software and common data environments.
* Revit knowledge and Revit collaboration workflows are a plus.
* Knowledge of BIM standards and BIM certifications are a plus.
* Problem-solving mindset is a must.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
