We’re partnering with a high growth business looking for an experienced Retail Media Lead to drive commercial performance and shape best-in-class retail media strategies in a fast-moving, ever-evolving landscape.
In this role, you’ll guide clients and internal teams to deliver measurable results, overseeing performance across Amazon Advertising, DSP, and AMC. You’ll also play a key role in business growth — identifying new opportunities, contributing to pitches, and helping to scale operations alongside senior leadership.

What You’ll Do
* Lead teams to deliver revenue growth and strong brand outcomes for clients through insight-led strategies
* Oversee media planning, budgeting, forecasting, and campaign execution across Amazon platforms
* Build trusted client partnerships, providing strategic direction and ongoing performance consultation
* Collaborate with agency leadership to identify development needs and strengthen team capability
* Define and implement scalable processes and best practices for sustainable growth
* Stay current with Amazon certifications and contribute to wider agency initiatives and planning
What We’re Looking For
* Deep expertise in Amazon Advertising, including DSP and AMC
* Proven track record of leading high-performing, growth-oriented teams
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategy
* Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
* Advanced proficiency in common office tools; strong Excel skills are a plus
* Demonstrated success in driving both client and agency revenue growth
