At CORUS we are looking for a Process Consultant to join our BPM Team.
Location: Barcelona or Madrid (1 day per week at the office)
You will design business processes using process modelling tools (ARIS), and participate in innovation and change by supporting customers in modernizing their processes.
You should have:
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of management methodologies and process design and/or customer experience design.
* Knowledge of modelling tools (ARIS, Bizagi, BPM Systems, etc.) and process modelling with BPMN notation.
* Experience in process transformation projects in complex companies, with a strong focus on value creation.
* Multidisciplinary collaboration with IT and data analysts.
* Focus on customer experience and business results.
* Fluent English and Spanish (you will conduct meetings in both languages).
Nice to have:
* Ability to work with operational data to support analysis (volumes, times, errors, etc.).
* Fundamentals of AI, intelligent agent and assistant architectures, and automation tools and engines (BPM, RPA, etc.).
* Knowledge of Process Mining Solutions.
