About BUZZ
BUZZ is a national power bank sharing network with an app + Tap-to-Rent POS technology. A guest can rent a power bank in a bar, restaurant, mall, airport or venue and return it at any other BUZZ station across the country.
We are scaling fast: 30 - 40%+ month-over-month growth, hundreds of stations deployed, and expansion into new cities and markets.
We are hiring a strong Business Development Manager to drive regional sales, expand our partner network, and accelerate station rollout in your territory.
Role Mission
Your primary goal:
Build a predictable, scalable flow of new partner locations (HoReCa, retail, hotels, transport hubs) and grow both network coverage and revenue in your region.
What you will do
1. Sales & Network Expansion
Prospect, qualify, and close new partners: cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels, malls, food courts, clubs, tourist spots, entertainment venues.
Run the full sales cycle:
* lead research & qualification
* presenting BUZZ solutions (app, Tap-to-Rent, station hardware)
* calculating partner value (guest service improvement + revenue share)
* negotiating deal terms (revenue share, number of stations, placement format)
* contract signing and handover to the operations team
* Develop key accounts and international chains (coffee chains, restaurant groups, hotels, retail groups, airports, event venues).
2. Territory growth & station deployment
Own the development of your city / region: coverage map, target areas, priority clusters.
Plan and coordinate station installations with the operations team:
* installation scheduling and on-site readiness checks
* choosing optimal placement inside the venue
* monitoring early performance (online/offline status, first rentals)
* Collect venue and customer feedback; propose improvements to pricing, UX, location setup and promo materials.
3. Partner management & revenue growth
Be the face of BUZZ for partners in your region: fast communication, clear explanations, trusted relationship.
Monitor each partner’s KPIs:
* rental volume
* revenue
* station utilisation & uptime
* need for relocation or additional stations
Drive upsell opportunities: more stations, additional locations within partner networks, promotional campaigns.
4. Pipeline management & analytics
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM: leads, meetings, proposals, contracts, installations.
Track key weekly/monthly performance metrics:
* number of new locations
* number of stations installed
* revenue across your portfolio
* lead-to-contract conversion
Share insights to improve scripts, offers and presentations.
Who we are looking for
Required Experience
2+ years in active B2B sales / business development.
Experience in any of the following channels:
HoReCa (restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels)
Retail (malls, retail chains)
Events, entertainment, tourism
Strong ability to build a sales funnel independently: from first contact to closed deal.
Confident negotiation skills with business owners, GMs, directors.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with businesses involving physical infrastructure: vending, kiosks, POS solutions, telecom, delivery, subscription services.
Work with national or international accounts: hotel chains, restaurant groups, major retailers, airport operators.
Basic understanding of unit economics (revenue per location, ROI of equipment, CAC).
Personal traits
A hands-on, results-driven sales professional.
Comfortable working in the field: venue visits, prospecting, walking areas, checking placements.
Highly organized: you keep CRM clean and never lose deals.
Ownership mindset: you care not only about closing deals, but about ensuring that locations actually perform well.
Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
