Job Description
Location: Madrid, ES
Reporting to the Delivery Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for managing content campaigns from creation and production to publication. These contents are developed for all Condé Nast titles (Vogue, Glamour, GQ, Vanity Fair, Traveler, and AD) across digital and print formats, including videos, social media, and events.
The role involves managing high-standard creative content across multiple platforms, leading campaigns from approval, coordinating the entire process—from execution and client approval to publication—and collaborating with digital teams to ensure objectives are met and budgets are controlled throughout the process. The Project Manager will work closely with CNCC teams, sales, editorial, CNE, and external collaborators.
Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of collaboration, empathy, respect, and excellence.
- Manage the development of all projects from creative idea approval to execution, delivery, and goal tracking.
- Ensure clear communication with all internal and external stakeholders throughout the activation process and KPI monitoring.
- Guarantee that production budgets and delivery deadlines are met.
- Supervise the achievement of KPIs with the digital team.
- Coordinate with collaborators to ensure delivery aligns with budgets, deadlines, and requirements.
- Engage with CNCC teams and the sales department to ensure proper project development.
- Collaborate with editorial and CNE teams.
- Contribute to streamlining and improving business processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Communication Sciences is valued.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Account Executive in digital branded content campaigns.
- Expertise in all areas of project production and development, with strong interest in commercial management and design.
- Passionate about Condé Nast brands.
- Experience working in digital and multimedia environments.
- Extensive knowledge of video and social media environments.
- High level of English proficiency.
