About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Supervisor to support our Assistance Alarm Centre teams. This critical role ensures the smooth operation of our 24/7 emergency response services, supporting Nordic travellers in need across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support a team of assistance coordinators handling emergency medical and travel-related cases.
* Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
* Act as an escalation point for complex or high-priority cases.
* Liaise with medical providers, hospitals, and international partners.
* Monitor team performance and provide constructive coaching, training, and feedback.
* Participate in shift planning and support Team Leaders.
* Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in emergency medical assistance or travel insurance assistance (minimum 3–4 years).
* Strong leadership or supervisory experience in a fast‑paced environment (minimum 2 years).
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
* Fluency in English and a Nordic language.
* Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
