About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Development Partner with a high level of English and/or Spanish, to work in Madrid.
Responsibilities
Identify individual and organizational development needs and propose learning and development initiatives aligned with business strategy.
Design and manage leadership development, mentorship, onboarding, and career & succession planning programs.
Monitor and analyze key people metrics such as engagement, turnover, and organizational climate, and recommend data-driven actions.
Develop and maintain employee experience, recognition, and wellbeing programs.
Conduct engagement and climate surveys, analyze results, and lead action plans for improvement.
Act as a strategic HR partner for business areas, providing insights and solutions for talent development and retention.
Ensure clear, consistent, and culture-aligned internal communication initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master in Psychology, Human Resources or relevant fields
Required Skills
Fluent in Spanish and high level of English and/or Portuguese
Excellent communication skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time
