Aftermarket sales manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

* Secure order intake targets while representing NX in front of the customer, working closely with the HQ-based Aftermarket Sales Specialist and Backoffice Team.
* Report to the Director of Global Aftermarket Sales, while being part of the disciplinary reporting line of the regional Service Director.
* Ensure the achievement of the budget and order intake goals.
* Actively sell Aftermarket products to new customers and promote cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
* Create and manage opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
* Develop and deliver sales bids, proposals, and presentations, including technical clarifications and implementation strategies for non-standard Aftermarket products.
* Prepare pricing strategies and terms and conditions.
* Follow internal approval processes, including risk reviews and project summaries, and hand over signed contracts to Service Operations.
* Develop medium to long-term sales plans and strategies to maintain and grow relationships with targeted customers, including demand forecasting.


Your Profile

* Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or economics is preferred.
* Technical degree or equivalent work experience and training.
* Experience in selling products; familiarity with turbines and wind energy is an advantage.
* Proficiency in English (C1) and Spanish; knowledge of German is a plus.
* Commercial mindset and approach.
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and persuade them to buy.
* Focus on aftersales order intake results.
* Leadership qualities, motivation, and results-oriented attitude.
* Persistent, determined, and resilient.
* Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
* Honest, trustworthy, fair, and ethical.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
