We are seeking an App Security Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity Management and Governance. Experience in Drilling and Development is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Lead the implementation and maintenance of application security protocols to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.
o Oversee the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures related to Identity Management and Governance.
o Provide expert guidance on security best practices to development teams during the software development lifecycle.
o Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions that meet business requirements.
o Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of incidents.
o Develop and deliver security training programs to educate employees on security awareness and best practices.
o Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
o Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
o Support the integration of security tools and technologies into existing systems and processes.
o Participate in the evaluation and selection of security products and services.
o Provide technical support and expertise during security-related projects and initiatives.
o Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and practices.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
o Strong experience in Identity Management and Governance.
o Minimum of 6 years and maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.
o Nice to have experience in the Drilling and Development domain.
o Proficient in conducting security assessments and audits.
o Experience in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
o Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Ability to stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.
