Your mission
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who is eager to take on new challenges and learn quickly.
Reporting to the Marketing Responsible, this role focuses on website management, social media, online advertising, property and car marketing, online reputation, and supporting a range of digital marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Edit and maintain our website using WordPress and Elementor, including blog posts, landing pages, and web design updates.
- Optimize website performance and visibility through effective SEO practices.
- Develop and implement the social media strategy across key platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content, manage community interactions, and monitor performance.
- Launch and manage online advertising campaigns via Meta and Google Ads.
- Assist with the marketing of properties and cars across online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Airbnb,, etc.
- Monitor and manage online reputation by responding to reviews and encouraging positive feedback.
- Design and distribute marketing materials such as newsletters, email campaigns, graphics, and other promotional content.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing-related events.
Your profile
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (other languages such as French is a plus).
- Passion for brand storytelling and online community engagement.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Proven experience (2+ years) using digital marketing tools such as WordPress, Elementor, SEO platforms, HubSpot (or similar), graphic design software, and basic video editing software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in graphic design is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
