The role: We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily floor operations, support the team, and maintain our standards of service.
What You'll Do
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team during service
Maintain service standards to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction
Handle reservations, guest relations, and respond to feedback professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth, efficient service
Compile daily manager reports and communicate with senior management
Support HR administration including scheduling, onboarding, and staff documentation
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in hospitality
Strong leadership presence with the ability to run a floor independently
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure
Legal right to work in Spain (NIE/DNI required)
Presentable, professional, and guest-focused at all times
A flexible, can-do attitude towards the demands of a busy hospitality environment
