Role Summary
Step into a key operational role as a Payroll Service Delivery Manager at Zalaris Spain. In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison for our German clients, managing relationships, overseeing SAP‑related German payroll processes, and driving operational excellence and compliance.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and high‑quality service delivery
* Ensure services are delivered in alignment with contractual SLAs by monitoring, reporting, and analyzing KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction
* Take ownership of your client’s service‑related financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring
* Efficiently manage change request implementation processes by coordinating testing, deployments, and system enhancements within the payroll platform
* Ensure adherence to Zalaris’ internal controls, policies, and compliance standards
* Proactively lead automation initiatives (e.g., RPA), transition activities between nearshore/offshore teams, and identify further cost optimization opportunities
* Foster strong collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to support integrated service delivery
