**Role Overview**:
- **Business Analyst: To analyze and specify automation workflows from a business perspective, conduct impact analysis, and coordinate migration efforts.**:
- **Tester: To validate and ensure the quality of the automation solutions being implemented, focusing on the transition to our new automation stack.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Analyst**:
- **Analyze and document existing automation workflows.**:
- **Conduct impact analysis for the new Automation Stack.**:
- **Work with development and operations teams to prioritize and coordinate migration efforts.
**Tester**:
- **Develop and execute test plans for automation solutions.**:
- **Validate that the new automation stack meets requirements and quality standards.**:
- **Collaborate with the Business Analyst to address any issues identified during testing.**
**Skills Required**:
- **Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills.**:
- **Proven ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.**
